How to use the Ojibwe People's Dictionary

Note:
Niiji-zaziikizii, a form of address, translated as my old friend, occurs in texts from the early 20th century. It contains niiji- my fellow and zaziikizii, a noun form of the verb zaziikizii s/he is the eldest of siblings.

Individual speakers and speakers from different regions use different words when speaking. Each audio recording is marked with the initials of the Ojibwe speaker.
