How to use the Ojibwe People's Dictionary

Description:
Raccoons are the size of a small dog and have heavy fur streaked in brown, black, and gray. They have bushy ringed tails and their paws make hand-like prints in the mud or snow. Their black eye stripes resemble a mask. For more information, see http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/mammals/raccoon.html.

Individual speakers and speakers from different regions use different words when speaking. Each audio recording is marked with the initials of the Ojibwe speaker.
